I had to reinstall Wows and the mod-pack due to a hard drive failure.

Since the install i cannot get the damage counter bottom left by the speed indicator and none of the in game voices except stock work at all.

Everything was working fine till the hard drive crash yesterday.

Am i missing a setting somewhere ?

UPDATE

I got the voices working after the 3rd reinstall. 

Still no damage counter.
