Zeiss Expert - Y axis sensibility lowering randomly

Never before 8.1 I used a camera mod, this is my first time I added it and I started randomly experiencing drastic drops in Y axis sensibility during battle to the point of my guns being almost unable to move vertically. X axis is intact, also it doesn't change any settings, however increasing Y axis sensitivity usually fixes the issue but only temporarily until it bugs out again, often multiple times per battle.
