Transparent Clan logos mod (OldSkool) - not working

Hello,

 

I'm just about the install new Aslain pack 1.5.0.4_07.  I think I have 4_03 installed at the moment.  For the last few months, maybe since 1.5, I've found that the OldSkool mod to made clan logos transparent has not been working.  I have the option ticked in the mod pack installer but my clan logo is visible on the tank in garage and in battle.  It may be clashing with another mod?  The Customisation Manager (auto camo) perhaps? 

 

The rest of my game is working fine, all other mods working fine, just the clan logos, it's not a big deal but I feel that if it's not working, for me and for others, its should probably be removed from the pack?
