Mini-map rings for Spotter Plane range + Smoke Fire

Hello mod-makers:

 

Like many veteran players I spend a significant portion of the match interpreting the world through my mini map. Having these two extra pieces of information would be very valuable:

- The Smoke Fire penalty (i.e. the detection in smoke after firing the main battery). 

- Range with Spotter Plane (i.e. max range +20%).
