Disable Automatic Handbrake in Snipermode ( TD´s and Arty´s)

I come from Diclovit Mod to Aslain , 

 

But how i can disable the automatic Handbrake in Snipermode ?  This is a Bit "shit" but this cant be a big thing or ?
