Reckers Posted March 3, 2015 Posted March 3, 2015 Thanks in advance for any help you can offer! My PC died; I took the opportunity to have the shop upgrade my PC (8 gb Ram, new motherboard and processor, runs like a dream, now!). Wireless connection works great and I was able to briefly play WOT until the new update. Once the new update was installed, it ran fine but I lost my Aslains Mods. Tried repeatedly to download the mods but they seem to be going someplace else. Details: when shop swapped out my hardware, the guy carefully collected all of my existing files, WOT, and other programs and put them into a folder labelled "Leonard's folder", visible on my desktop and the files all work fine. I was initially using internet explorer: he left that in there, but added Google Chrome. Incidentally, I should add that I am 62 and only marginally literate, where computers are concerned, so I need help in short words with no assumption I know what you are talking about. To continue: when I bring up the file tree on Media, I see it going from Computer to New Volume to Games to World of Tanks to Aslains Custom Mods to Aslains DLC_cache_96 to res, res_mods, 0.9.6 and so on, but my downloads don't connect. It even tells me, as I try to download, that it can't find World of Tanks, even though it shows all of these subfiles under it with Aslains all over them. What am I doing wrong? Thanks, Len Quote
