repair izeberg factor vehicle type

So I am having a question about that mod above. I have been using it for a while now and now I hovered over "factor vehicle type" where " ! " (exclamation mark) is and in there it says "described in the "class specific" config section". So...what does that mean? I have been searching in wot directory for "class specific" file and nothing has been found, ingame also nothing. 

 

So my question is where can I find that and what does "factor vehicle type" do ?

 

Does it have to do with crew treatment on each vehicle category what will "script" prioritize when multiple crew members are knock'd out ?

 

And if its possible to do that above somewhere with different mod simillar to izeberg's repair?
