Sighting for arty

I just started using Aslain -- don't know if this is a bug or what -- I play a lot of arty...  I use normal sighting (from above) but for some reason during the game my sighting went strange -- I couldn't move my mouse in any normal direction and I had more of a "ground" view.  No idea how to use this and no idea how to get it back to normal. 

 

Two questions:  how do i get it back to normal (in game) and where do I read about the mod so I know what it does?
