WN8 win chance lag

I can't prove it but I think this mod has been causing me micro stutter issues during gameplay since around 1.13.x.  Pings jump very high and the game freezes,  the little lag dot goes red.  I moved from the SD Client to HD client and did a full mod wipe.  At first I forgot to enable this one,   after enabling it the lag came back.

 

I played a few games with it enabled to get some log files for you although I'm not sure how much they will help.  It seemed to be worse in the higher tiers where people have more stats and battles under their belts.
