Tanks disappear from Garage after Recon

after playing in the recon maps section, when I switch back to random battle, most of the tanks disappear, it leaves 2-4 depending on what tank I played in recon mission.

If I go back into Recon battle, all the tanks are showing up there, just not when I leave and go back to Random battle.
