Game crashes as soon as i click play

I have used both the installer and just the xvm only file and I still wind up having same issue. I use the "clean" option for the installer which clean installation of mods and I still have issue. Another issue after that fact is that even after uninstalling the mods. I still have that same issue of clicking play after uninstalling the mods, any help? One of my friends and is having the exact same issue as well.
