Stuck on Updating Crew

I've updated the modpack to the latest version and the game to the latest version. When logging into the game, everything works up until I get to the garage and it gets hung up on "Updating Crew" with the WoT logo and a spinning gear in the middle of the screen. I cannot escape and open any menu. I have to close the game. Starting the game in safe mode works and I can play the game. 

I've waited on updating crew for awhile and it doesnt seem it will get past it.

I fixed the issue. I unchecked crew exp extended. It went straight past updating crew and I can now play with other mods enabled.
