Undocumented side effect of OlliN's "National Flags" mod

The "National Flags" mod replaces most flags with historically accurate, nation-specific counterparts — but it also removes the all-uppercase ship names in menus, and rearranges the ship names and XP bonuses in the ship list. Personally, I want the national flags without the lowercase ship names, which should be its own mod — but as long as it is the way it is, the mod description should point out this side effect.
