WN8 Rating In Installer

Is there a place in the installer to choose WN8 as the rating to use in the player panels and OTM's? Everything is personal rating and I can't figure out how to change that in the installer.

You have to set it on www.modxvm.com, just click settings on the top panel, like on the screen and pickup your desired settings

I see the onsite settings changed quite a bit since the last time I played.
