Game crashes and pc goes black screen in battle

Hello, I've been experiencing a random game crash & pc black screen issue for a while. When this glitch happens it seems that my graphics card completely dies while its cooling fan roars at maximum speed.  The game works totally fine in safe mode so I'm convinced that mods installed cause this problem somehow, but I'm not sure which mod is causing it. This black screen glitch was pretty random so I didn't pay much attention to it, but it happens constantly in recent days. I hope you can help me solve this issue as the game has become totally unplayable. Thank you.
