Fix to Tikia's Ship Icons

Tikia's Icons have the Mogami at Tier 7 and the Myoko at Tier 8 still, from closed Beta.

I swapped them around so Mogami now shows Tier 8 and Myoko shows Tier 7.

Basically replace all the same icons in the 3 folders with these updated pngs.
