modifying class icons sort order

Hi,

 

In some of the streams I am watching, the tank class icons on the top center are sorted by tier, which I find actually more useful than the current behaviour. Right now they are grouped / sorted by tank type, and is not very representative of the type/tier spread.

Any idea what I can change and in which config file to change this aspect ? 

Also I would like to change the colour of those icons, any info regarding that would be welcome.
