How to make in-balanced teams for Training room?

So I want to practice dodging torps and I need to add multiple cv's against my one BB. I can't seem to do that though as it seems I can only add one.

Make sure they are armed and active

 

Edit: Forgot to mark that you need to set it to 5x5 in the upper left above the map selection
