mod pack says WOT is running, but it is not

Just a small issue, nothing urgent. When I started modpack versions 9.14.20 and later 9.14.21, the mod pack indicated that WOT was still running.

I had not started WOT today, and I checked and WOT and the WOT Launcher are indeed not running.

Might be something, might be nothing, thought you should know
