Can we add a ship to our home port?

Can we add a background ship to our home port like a extra Sampson or Cruiser...etc.

 

I figured out how to make a new skin for the red and black rusty tug boat in the background on the Philippines port, but can't figure out how they put boats in the background. would be nice to have a couple of ships leaving port or a blimp buzzing around like the NY port map in 5.5.0.

 

any help would be appreciated.

I had already thought about a similar one: when we are in the port, but in a division, or prepairing to a team battle, the DIV/team mates ships should be there, as some game.. that could be good too!

This would require a rewrite on WG's side as no mod could achieve that without extensive client rewrites  Cool idea though.

You could also try to just send a support ticket.
