MOD Pack issues

I'm currently running a few mods, a lot of which don't seem to be working with the recent patch. I've run integrity check on the WoWs launcher and I've followed the steps of clearing the DLC cache.

 

The mods that don't appear to work for me at all are:

Player' Panel mod > Player's Panel with HP bars (config by monstrofil)

Compass Elements > Move compass elements (rework by Aslain)

Colored Borders Of Maps > red solid borders

Various mods:

     Group 1 > Extended Tech Tree

     Group 3 > Training Room enabler

     Group 4 > Fog Remover (by MajorRenegade)

     More visible torpedoes in water [DLC] > Blue torpedoes in water by Anthropologe

     Clear Vision (by MajorRenegade)

     Running Lights

 

 

I've downloaded the current Modpack version a few times. I am running the region changer (that works) for NA from Korea. I can only install the Asia mod pack becauyse the NA modpack renders a DNS error, even with a DNS proxy.
