I have the same issue It is mod related (game runs in safe mode) firewalls turned off so shouldnt be an issue(?) maybe there is a conflict with one of the mods? i also have bad internet problems atm (tracert and my isp provider isnt directing me straight to the local server), so hard to identify problem
