it was fine  when playing in the first mudpack,  only thing I added was the  carousel colour  selector

i just got the same issue  stuck  in garage with  just the tank  on screen after battle , using  modpack 03

just a query , do u have windows 10 if so  make sure windows defender is off ,  .  windows defender is aslains best friend  .

I also use Malwarebytes  ,  never had the problem though but then I don't use real time protection

i found a good balance and  graphics r pretty decent not great but   I'm happy with ,  I change  from using improved graphic settings to standard   using hd client , and  I'm sitting  at 30 fps  which is a lot better , a before  when having graphics settings too high I did notice that my game stuttered now and again when fps dropped too low.   so I'm pretty happy   how it works  now  my gameplay has slightly improved tdue to this too much more smoother 

i think I found the problem

I double checked my graphics settings and noticed the the terrain and texture was on max   on standard settings so set them lower and seems to be ok for now

If you saved something else to another folder, it probably started saving new stuff there too.

anything I download goes into the main download folder , but its only happened since I updated to windws 10 creator version

oh scratch it ive found it lol so dumb   ,    I just checked the view tab in  the downlad folder and  I just noticed the box for  file name extentions was unticked , lol someone flip me over like a light tank  hahaha dumbass I am,    it must be a preset for new windows version  lol

Ctrl+J opens the Downloads window in Chrome, which has "Show in folder" for downloads - so you can find the folder it's being put into.

edge , it usually puts the .exe into the  windows download folder , but for somereason it hasn't been for few modpacks

sorry for 2 posts  in a row  but ive noticed this a few times now .

a few modpacks back the installer wud put the installer .exe into my downloads folder which it was good cos I cud run that installer when I needed to change something , but for some reason  the installer isn't going into the download folder and I cant bloody find the installer .exe anywhere  any help on this?

before updating mudpack ive never had a game crash , since I updated  to latest mudpack today ive had several crashes ,  the crashes happen just as the   countdown timer to start battle begins around 28 secs to go . it  doesn't happen every match its after about 8 matches

heres a few screen shots

this one is with all mods on  with low graphic settings, it fluctuates between  37 and 45 fps depending on map

this one is  no mods and low settings   fluctuates between  63 and 75 fps   so mods are causing a big fps drop  ,  

this one  medium settings no mods 

I just got to find the right balance of graphic settings and remove the  huge fps drop mod as something is  doing it .

fps is due to my laptop  ,and its hardware, graphics card etc.     even in safe mode I can only get about 25 fps, on   medium settings ,  I get 50 -60   on minimum settings  but the game looks like Nintendo ds game  which is horrid lol   id rather  sacrifice  the fps for  better  looking game.

the screen is actually ok for me I'm use to it    ,  I can play pretty well with it like this 

as downinflames has said  ,  its working fine  the splash circle  will only appear if aiming  on the ground close to a tank ,  example a tank   is hiding behind a  a building   u cant aim directly at it but if u aim  at side of building  and u press t  the   splash circle will appear . if u aim directly  at a tank then the  attack message  will appear instead of the splash circle

here u go aslain   I'm using harpoon regular crosshair with 2dzoom custom aim circle , as u can see  the ammo clip  seems to be too close to the aim circle.   just wondering if it can be moved

I mistook  that the shield meant that windows defender is on as  my antivrus but looking deeper I found it saying that I have another   antivrus  running instead of the windows defender real time. that's wat got me a bit puzzled as we know windows defender can cause problems with the modpack

yeh   ive read a lot of things about Microsoft using services in background so they know excactly wat people do on their systems . a complete breach of yer own privacy .   

one thing I cant get rid off I the windows defender shield in task bar , for love of me I cant remember how to get into the settings lol

ill update tonight ,  in my thinking if wndows 10 has introduced a game mode , I'm sure it will be better than the 3rd party programs as   these programs basically force close services wheras I think the windows system closes them down properly . have to wait and see really.

ive just read a lot more details about it , its not  a performance  based game boost lol , so basically almost  pointless with people wiwho have top end gaming pcs ,

for me it looks like it will work  as they tested it on a machine with i5  and  hd 5500 card which is same as mine but with an i3 , they said they seen an increase on fps ,   but there is no options to configure yerself  and that's a bad point , because I bet with  the game boost it wont turn off the   background transfer stuff that Microsoft want info on everything u do on their systems

wudnt worry about the sound errors ,  but I'm sure aslain will  help u out with others , but  1 question ,  are all yer mods working as they should ?? if so  it shudnt really matter

has anyone upgraded to the new windows 10 version yet ?  if so what is it like  ? is it  better to upgrade to that version?

I did a bit of reading on wat features r in it, I noticed they have added a gaming feature .    so instead of using a 3rd party like  iobit game booster or razor cortex  to turn off  services u don't use during  games ,   u can now  do that with the new version of windows ,     just hope it does make a difference , as I  play games on my laptop    and I'm struggling with fps at the moment , I noticed a  increase of 10 fps using razor  , but I think if windows have got it as a feature there might be a better incease  than razor , as I chcked that razor uses a lot of cpu resource to  disable services .

so in all is it worth updating?

uninstall mudpack then run ccleaner then reinstall that might work

nah  its not mod related no way theres only certain creaturs that mess things up in this mdpack its our friends

I agree with aslain , it cud be  yer graphics card memory,  I been having a few crash problems myself ,  but that only happens when I  press windows key during game to go back to desktop ,  then when I re enter game  my  game sometimes freezes , I ut that down to the graphics card memory getting locked out  , as  when I try to go back to desktop I get a black screen.
