Hi again Aslain and kzkhak, Everything works fine by changing windows system locale to English. That will do for the time being. I just changed Controlpanel>Region>Formats temporarily which is not requires pc restart. (for me, Jp to En) By the way PP config isn't works on second version of build18 as kzkhak says. Just to inform.

Hi, Exactly the same issue happens on my computer. The installation can be finished by force stopping "sed.exe" twice in task manager. But it seems that some mods aren't applied properly. I did select "enemy spotted markers" but it's not appears in the game. I also have tried v.9.15.1.1.00 (because I don't have v. 01 to 13) and it completes properly! Any anti virus software disabled, including windows defender. Any idea? _Aslain_logs.zip
