  1. Whew - I think I solved the problem.  I'll chalk it up to a translation confusion or something......

    Procedure:

    • Make sure to sign OUT of XVM website
    • Sign IN to Wargaming.net as user1
    • Now click the sign in button on XVM, pick region, & presto.......automatically signed in as user1
    • Rinse & Repeat

    Summary:

It seems pretty clear that XVM queries WG environment for user info.  So at this point I wonder why they just don't take us right to the config page.

  2. Does anybody know the proper procedure for signing in different user accounts to xvm web site?

    Problem:

I have 3 accounts for WoT.  Accounts are for me, my wife, and my son.  I only have one computer so we take turns.

When I go to modxvm.com/en I  am automatically logged in as me.  I sign out, then try to login as different account but I am auto logged in as me again.

    Things I have tried:

I set WoT to NOT remember me at login screen

Tried with game not running at all

Tried with game running as wife account

Tried with game running but not logged in as any account

Deleted wargaming.net cookies from browser (unified login info) i think

restart browser in between each of these things

    rebooting computer in between attempt

According to their web site all you have to do is "go to the official website of XVM, and click on "Activate services" before running additional client."

Well that doesnt work unless you are ALREADY logged in, then it tells you you cant because you already did, and that now you have to start game as new client, which doesn't change anything.

Then they have a link where you can post support questions, only all of the buttons and controls are in Korean.

The posts are in English, but all of the controls I can't understand

In any event, there is a post from 2 weeks ago with exact issue, and it remains un-answered still.

I'm sure I'm just missing something, or I'm just stupid but I could sure use some help, so

If you know the steps to allow logging in as different user on same computer PLEASE post them here.

  3. Does anybody remember what mod it was that listed how much Xp was needed for high-caliber at the start of each battle?

It was at the top with the team hp bar I think.  Somehow I don't have that anymore and I'd like to get it back

  4. I'm sorry man.  I install new mod-pack immediately when it is released.  I have never had CTD, or any problems whatsoever.  I am running Windows 7 64-bit on a Dell XPS 935T, (vintage 2011).

I DON"T however, use any of the sound mods since it seems they can be quite problematic for some systems.

Is safe mode with networking a viable test option for you?  The only other suggestion I have is to try each mod by itself, e.g., only add x60, and work the problem that way.  Maybe you can isolate the problem to one in particular and presto.......just hope it's not the zoom!

In any case I hope you can get it working......CTD's bite....good luck

  5. Aslain,

Please see if you can fix this problem.  I realize this is not your mod, but I thought you re-worked it once or something.  Please see screenshot.

Notice in Hanger for Commander says 1/252 for 22% but in service record says 1/6.  Service record is correct because in last battle I only got 246 Exp (sucks - ikr).

It seems to be updating the numbers when you start the battle instead of after the battle in the Hangar code.  Since the code for the Service Record works fine maybe it will be easy to fix the code for Hangar.

  6. When did Alt + PrtScn stop working?  I used to be able to capture just the active window.  Now I can only get whole screen.

Has nothing to do with Mod-Pack - same problem on vanilla install.

Is there a setting inside the game for this?

  7. I have a modified playerspanel.xc (which I modified per Aslain's instructions) by adding a line "startMode": "none" which worked great in version 9.4/9.5.

I cannot get it to work in ver 9.6

I did a brand new install of 9.6, made a copy of the playerspanel.xc which came with the modpack, added the startmode=none like before, and it has no effect.

    What am I missing?

    playerspanel.originalxc.txt

    playersPanel.xc
