FOUND BUG - Disappearing Contacts List with new update

Is anyone else having trouble with their contacts list coming up blank, since the game update? -
Part way thru install I get a pop-up that states Download failed Revocation server not connected or improper response. This happens with both WOT and WOW. Any ideas.
