Some icon packs not working with current WoWs version

I'm still having issues with the contour icons even after clearing the cache. Trying to install MajorRenegade's v3. They don't show up and when I go back to the installer they aren't selected (like I had never selected them in the first place) -
This thread was about it not showing up at all. Regarding the |'s instead of text, I had to select "EN" as the language and the icons and stuff went back to normal.

This is working for me if I put in on the regular client with the 004 version
