You appear to understand the process.  Build a work directory someplace with res_mods/XVM/configs/Aslain and place files in that location.  Go back to the directory containing res_mods and send res_mods to a compressed file by right clicking res_mods and picking that action.  Put the resulting zip in the custom mods dir.

You may be able to modify the player panel xc file and force the flag you desire.  Never looked at it though so I am not certain.

The red credit total means your credit card has been rejected.  Your ammo request is more than your balance.  You want 54k of ammo but have 7k in credit.

Lemming -- In your python log it has:

Autoaim indicator has been flagged by others and may be Lemming's issue.  I haven't seen a log from your incidents so I can't tell if your problem is related to Lemming's.  

I'd also need to see xvm.log to see it that is assisting in the crash as it has been a contributor in the past.

best way to troubleshoot this is to remove all the mods and add them back one at a time to identify the conflict.  I have a suspect in mind since it appears to be throwing all the errors.

Log shows a reference to a 9.4 directory.  Are you running 9.4 mods in 9.5?

No --  it mount before battle and demounts after.  Means you only need 2 camo nets and binocs to cover all your battles rather than having to buy them for each tank.

Odd -- this version (4.1.4) gives me 3 rows just fine.

It will matter if you have less than 3 slots open.  THe 3 items load in by priority, left to right.

This is the version that sets the gear statically.  It does not need to learn what you want so you need to edit the autotelescope.xml to set you preferences by class (SPG, AT, medium, heavy, light)

Need to use a contour icon that has tank names and a picture if you want the picture.

4.1.4 has working version of autotelescope.  Installs and removes gear properly.

4.1.4 has working autoTelescope.

Use the custom mods folder to overlay things after install is complete.  Instructions are in the readme in the directory in the WoT game folder

Made same mistake.  Glad I could help.

I think you need to go into WoT game setting and disable 'Show vehicle tier' in the Battle Interface section of the General tab.
