The issue with C was in prevoius version too. Double press C ands the loading will start and you will inform team about reloading time. Anyway I use F8 for this...

I can confirm similar situation. After restart game started to calculate statistics again. So I guess something is sometimes incompatible. But I add some my personal changes to mods, so I suppose that this was my own problem. You use only mods from Aslain modpack?
