Yes, no, maybe?

Rita's Status Report has two new garage mods from May 3rd. "Quiet Beach" and "TankFest" As per usual I can't get the files to behave and load up properly in game no matter where I drop them. Could it be possible to get these as part of the WoT mods pack? I'm not sure if Wargaming's "Berlin V-day" garbage mod is overriding what I'm trying to do, but it would be awesome if they could be added to the pack.
