In the v3.8.2 (02-08-2014) release there is an issue with Gambiter's Damage Panel (v 0.9.2) in which you lose the inner and outer rings for turret armour, etc. Not sure if it's his .swf or a config setting in your installer.

I'm aware of this, there is no color ring, because it's not a Gambiter feature, it's being added by other modders like killerente or vitiris. 

 

Wait for their update.
