cant change custom paints and camos after micro update v1.7.0.2

1. change emblems = ok

 

2. change inscriptions = ok

 

3. change decals = ok

 

4. change 3d preset skins = ok

 

5. change 2d preset skins = ok

 

trying to fix ;

1. check ingerity & repair files = still error !!!
2. uninstall and reinstall wot pc to another folder = still error !!!

 

 

 

not using any mods at all, but update 1702 its broken, i cant put up any camos or paints custom for my tanks in garage, but i can still put up emblems, incriptions, decals, or still can change the preset styles .... why ?? how to fix this bugs ?? :(
