The Shortcut that is created on the Desktop has an incorrect Target.

Current Target: C:\Games\World_of_Warships\PotatoAlert\potatoalert_x64.exe

Should be: C:\Games\World_of_Warships\bin\3173843\PotatoAlert\potatoalert_x64.exe

or change the location of the exe.
