Some custom ports not showing up

Some of the custom ports are not showing up like the halloween ports. The only "custom" ports from the modpack showing up are ports from the maps in the game and the variations of the dorm port. The flooded city, for example, does not show up.

They are gone

0.9.12 was the last patch for them
