"Sticky Notes" for Tech Tree

I wish I could have the posibility to add short notes for the tanks in the Tech Tree view. There are so many ideas that I forget about them, and It would be great to add some kind of "Sticky Notes" on the tanks to remember them:

As example.

-Don't ever sale this tank, always good results.

-Develop big gun asap. I can't pen anyone.

-Recommended for skirmish.

-I always get ammunition. Develop the skills.
