Anyone still have the terrorist/Taliban/Allahu Akbar crew voice mod?

 

I can't find it in the current modpack. Pls tell me it isn't lost forever. I'm willing to make a $100CAD donation for it to be back in the modpack if I'm not retarted and it's actually not there.
