Installer defaults to stretching beyond top and bottom of my screen, cannot move it or click buttons

I'm not sure if this is a thing with my PC (asus laptop) or the installer, or windows 11.  Thankfully, as long as the preview window is closed, i can just press enter and it will continue.  Might just be something on my end, but i never placed the window in that location, and no other program has ever opened like that.  Functionality of the installer is not affected, figured id let you know in case you have any ideas.

What is your desktop resolution and scalling? Set scalling to 100%, or override it for this particular installer exe to 100%.

That does it, thanks!  150 works too, default was 200% since it is a 35.5cm screen with 1440p
