Aiming circle - solid with shifting load indicator

I'd be very grateful if someone created a simple mod - solid aiming circle with shifting load indicator. Currently only "dashed" one has option to insta shift from red to green. I like the solid circle more but that gradual, circular changing during reload is very irritating plus since there is a timer - its just unnecessary doubling of info. 

Colors etc. can stay the same as in game ones, the only difference would be insta shift from red to green.
