Any ability to disable the "retreat" and/or map clicking?

For a long, long time I've wanted to disable the "retreat" and annoying map clicking by certain people.  At this point I'm willing to try anything, even if I have to disable it for the whole game.  Is there a part of the modpack for WoT that allows this?
