Filter By Parameter - Accelerated Crew Training Button

The tank 'Filter by Parameter' mod has a Training crew button for crews that aren't 100%. I'm hoping someone can create a button for tanks WITHOUT Accelerated Crew Training.

I'm hoping a developer can help sort tanks which have been fully researched  'elite status', but still require field mod work; i.e. the area between elite status and 'accelerated crew training' being enabled.. So that I can focus working on tanks to get them to accelerate the crew training.
