Old voicelines - USA, USSR, Japan

For a while I've been trying to restore old voicelines from the very begginings of WoT (examples: "looks like that one went right through" - critical hit; "he's gone, find another target" - enemy destroyed by player). I have all the audio files and I know how to do it, however I only have trial of Wwise which makes it impossible for me to pack the voiceover following default structure (one soundbank for all voicelines). The mod still works, but only by replacing every single unique voiceover in the game, which is not perfect.

I know how to create this mod, but to make it viable, I either need someone with non-trial Wwise to pack the voiceover properly (just once is all that's needed, no update to mod involves repacking) or find a working Wwise key.

So far I've only tried restoring old US voiceover, but if there's a way, I also have audio files for all removed USSR voicelines, as well as old edition of Japan and alternative, scrapped version of american VO from v. 0.6.7.

My main goal is to pack the voicelines properly so that I can make them selectable in main_sound_modes instead of forcing the VO onto every single crew and tank.
