Create custom garage

Hey, I wanted to replicate the function of the old HangMan mod manually. I was wondering if I could manually replace the garage files with a map file of my choice, and then position the tank where I want it like the game does in the garage. Don't know if this is possible, but I really wanted to be able to have my garage on top of the Battleship on Glacier, for example.
