Radial Menu and Commands gets bugged (Not using Radial mod)

I am not sure which mod is the cause of this, I thought it had been fixed but it is happening again.

What happens is randomly when I try to use radial commands with Z (or if I hit the F keys), the game acts like my tank is the highlighted tank.   So for instance if I use the help command, it will target myself asking myself for help.

 

This also means I can't use normal commands like Attack, Defend the Base because it is only showing me the command for when a tank is highlighted.

 

The only mod I could think of that might cause this is AutoAim+ since it lets you target tanks when not highlighting them...but unsure why highlighting my own tank.

 

 

 

Any ideas?  It's very annoying.
