Does anyone know where to find this driver?

The card is no longer directly supported by Nvidia but you can download other drivers (from Nvidia) that also support this card indirectly.

If you use Chrome, you can use Ctrl + F and enter the the name of your card in the search-box, that pops up on the top of the screen (so you don't have to skim through the whole list of cards).
