Is possible to change the %HP left for the exact number of HP?

 

I love this crosshair for all other things and if this is possible to do, will be perfect !

 

EDIT: I dont know if the name of the mod is the same as i writted at this post cause i have the installer at spanish language, but hope you can imagine who it is.
