Dot crosshair

Do you know, where I can download crosshair ... just dot and ntg around best?

I am not sure what you mean by "ntg" and "around best".

 

You can get a preview of the crosshair mods in the ModPack by clicking on the show descriptions button on the bottom of the window.  That will open a preview window with a sample image of what the crosshair mod look like.  Most also tell you which crosshair to select in the game settings to use the custom crosshair.
