Dynamic player panel - serious refresh issue

This problem drops frames per second like a rock and dragging the saturation slider, once it occurs, does not actually change bar saturation. The problem will persist until the next battle, when the game is usable until attempting to change settings again. Icons for right-side bars are incorrectly mirrored.
