  1. There have been no requests or posts from players wanting the old style of the mod back, so I'm not going to devote much time to this any longer. I was hoping to make the old style compatible with the new filters but that's proving to be harder than I thought. If I do eventually get it to work, I'll update this post again.
  2. The new carousel that WG implemented in 0.5.1.0 has changed the way the old mod works. I've been working on it since the public test, but haven't been able to make anything useful. I'll continue to work on it, but it may take quite a while. If any other modders wish to give it a go, I'm all for it.
  3. Each row can be scrolled with the mouse wheel or by dragging with the pointer. Due to resizing the slots, only 13 will fully fit on the screen.

  9. I'm installing the icons in the following folder: res_mods/mods/shared_resources/xvm/res/contouricons/regular. I've attached the logs as Almace suggested. _Aslain_logs.zip
  10. I've been using the Custom Mods folder to install a few XVM files that I've customized, along with a few other files. The issue I'm having is with a set of tank icons that I created with the Tankiconmaker program. I've added my icons to the same zip file I use with all of my other files, but the icons never install. I've double & triple checked the paths to make sure they are correct and I can find no problem. All of the other custom files I added are installed, but the icons will not install no matter what I do. It does not matter which icons I choose in the installer (I've tried the original icons and many others) my icons will not overwrite them. I've been choosing Jimbos icons in the installer, then deleting them and adding my own once the installation is complete but I'd love to be able to have it done automatically. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
  11. Any possibility of the Wide Borders of Maps mod being re-added to the pack? I've been adding the "Intensive" version using the Custom Mods folder, but thought I'd bring it up in case others find it useful, too.
  12. Thank you Aslain! I swapped them but then the low HP exclamation point was in the way. I moved that around and couldn't really find a place that I liked it but I see that you enlarged it a bit and that really helps. Thanks again for adding it to the modpack.

I've been using the option to show tier # on the left side of the overhead marker for a long time and have gotten used to it being there, and thought I'd try the option that includes the squad number, but the only option that includes both is having squad number on the left & tier number on the right. Is it possible to switch the two so that the tier number remains on the left and the squad number would appear on the right? If its easy to do by editing a file, I'm fine with doing that but I can't seem to find the correct file to edit. Any help is appreciated.
  14. Rather than make a new topic, I thought I'd add to this. I hope the OP doesn't mind. Is there a way to make tanks that you've designated as "preferential" appear in their normal place with tanks of the same nation when showing all tanks, rather than appearing at the front of the carousel? I've been digging through files and cannot locate anything that would effect how they are sorted. Any help would be appreciated.
  15. Thanks for the tip. That's a pretty big file (goofy's pack), so I think I'll just install the Hellinger mod by itself.
  16. I was using the minimalistic hangar that was included in the 9.4 versions but haven't seen it in 9.5. Was there a problem with it working in 9.5? I found a similar hangar (Hellingers) but it doesn't have the same floor that the old one had. The old one had a cracked/textured concrete floor and the new one is just plain concrete. It's the same other than the floor, so it's not a big deal but I was wondering if anyone had a link to the old hangar from 9.4.

  18. I have a quick question about using this feature. I've customized several of the config files in XVM, such as the carousel, hangars and colors files. I've also changed the color of the serverside crosshair, which is in a different file (0.9.5). My question is: Do I need to create a separate zip file for each of the files I've changed, or can I simply create one zip file containing all of the changes? Would I need a separate zip file for the XVM changes and another for the crosshair file?
  19. This took a bit of experimenting, so I just wanted to add, for anyone else interested... I added the following ('color='#00A300') to the "format" line so it now looks like this: <font face='$FieldFont' color='#00A300'> Of course, you can use any hex color value you choose. The one used in my example is bright green.
  20. I'd like to be able to change the text color on the clock to something that stands out a bit more than the current gray. I can change the shadow, background and border colors in the clock .xc file but I can't find a way to change the text itself. Any help is appreciated.
