actually found out what really was causing my reboot loop its thus that Microsoft pushed out on update ' HP Development Company, L.P. - System - 9/20/2017 12:00:00 AM - 6.0.22.1'

has anyone else encountered problems with this update?
I updated this today restarted to instal, when it installed laptop booted into diagnotstic mode then automatic repair then failed at that .
I shut down laptop and tried to start laptop which ended up doing the restart loop over and over going through diagnostic and automatic repair , I ended up having to do a system restore to get my laptop working again.
problem is windows downloads and updates automatically so will encounter this problem all the time , so wen I turn on laptop it starts to download the update so I kill theupdate process so it doesn't carry on .
anyone found a workaround for this ??

grandpas voicee and ut announcer not working , makes me have no voices at all . maybe they need updated too. logs attached

wg changed their sound interface again so any sound mods wont work as they will be needing updated again

i was reading on the wot forum tht people who were getting crashes it was because of the new minimum system requirements have increased.
wot have a bat file that u add to wot forum and it helps with low end laptops to stop the crashing, once the bat file has been added xvm stops working so u have to delete the mudpack and xvm and remove all folders from the appdata folder , I did this and my game runs smoother

if yer using a laptop id suggest buying a cooling fan . this can cool down yer laptop by 10-20 degree celcius , as above id suggest opening yer laptop and clean out the fan cleaning the air ports isn't enough u will be surprised how much crap gets clogged on the fan itself .
looking at yer temps they actually look ok not too hot , mine cud get up to 80 celcius without cooling fan , I rhave a cooling and it does make a difference especially if yer playing game for long periods.

when u download that link u have to do the changes yourself , I had to do it myself as everything is set to enabled . I hate the spotting markers etc so I disabled anything I don't want from battle observer ,
but this is the path u use to change the options
C:\Games\World_of_Tanks\mods\configs\mod_battle_observer\armagomen damage_log.json is the one for disabling the logs u see .
hope u sort it out , I'm only doing it this way as we all know about aslain going into hospital ,

its ok i got it sorted as i downloaded the mod from the authorsite , I also installed it through aslains installer took both files out and changed it all so it all comes out in english during game but. for some reason battle observer isn't working through aslain installer even replacing that file that was mentioned so I just take the files from wat I downloaded from authorsite and replce the files in wot folder and tinkered with wat I needed
this is it changed to English

@aslain I know this is a long shot .
using the green text on the sand maps its quite hard to read with thin text and with the shadow ,
so what I'm asking is cud u put an option in to select bold and to remove shadow .
or u cud make the text bold as default? and have no shadow as default?
