How it works?
1. In hangar select vehicle you need to enable auto return and installed all supported equipment by WoT Plus (improved and modernized equipment level 2 and 3).
2. Right click on vehicle in carousel and select "Enable equipment auto return" option in context menu.
3. Now modification will remember current equipment setup and will update it on any change except demounting to move to other vehicle.
4. After selecting such vehicle modification will try to return saved equipment setup to it from Depot or demounting it from other vehicle while also saving that it removed equipment from it.

crdownload is Chrome's partially downloaded file

so something blocked the download from finishing properly

did your Chrome say anything? otherwise try another browser to see what happens

You can find the saved stuff from auto-equip in:

%appdata%\Wargaming.net\WorldOfTanks\mods\kurzdor\autoequipmentreturn

There you'll find a .dat file with your account ID. 🙂

Should be a normal game button.

"Auto-Equipment Return" around line 1200, you can see the numbers in descriptions of mods in the mod list - but towards the bottom

That's a button now. Not a checkbox.

You need to run modpack without using LoadINF, to get an updated Installer Options inf file 🙂 as far as I know.

The new buttons WG added, is probably hiding the XVM checkbox for auto return crew, or if it's another mod, and they need to be updated.

I haven't seen anyone say anything about that. And if I haven't seen that, I doubt the dev of the mod would have seen it. Can't check things or fix things if it's not known. 🙂 

A mod moving equipment, wouldn't really have much of an effect on stability. But again, you didn't link anything, just said "Read at Reddit", without much else.

The issues could be just Onslaught being shit, which WG admitted to it being? 😄

Click "Game Settings" and Show In Folder - match that path with the on you pick in modpack.

There is no other Bounty Vents in my garage after installing on the Chi Nu...

I go to a different tank (Chi Nu Kai), and enable equipment auto return.

When a go to the different tank (Chi Nu Kai), the Bounty Vents are not available.  It shows it is still on the Chi Nu.

 

What am I doing wrong?

Demount it from the first tank, mount it on the second one, and when you click back to the first, it should then start swapping between the two. (if I remember the mod correctly 😄 )

Not quite 😛 You do have to tell the mod what to remember to put back 😉 

Did you right click the tank and save the setup on the tank?

Could you write out a step by step on what you did, that ended up not working?

Around the middle of the list. The number in changelog is basically the line its on.

You can see that in description in modpack.

You can also search in components_list.txt, in Aslains folder, in WoT folder

Hehe yeah maybe, but it does require keeping the monthly payment though 🙂

The dev of the mod is currently working on getting it ready to use 🙂
